Reports suggested that the couple was on the verge of a break-up following their busy schedule and constant fights but an alarmed Saif decided to clarify things.

 "I'd like to reassure our fans and well wishers that all is well with Kareena and me. We are working hard but we always make time for each other,

The actor said in a statement, “All these rumors are disturbing and untrue especially when families are brought into it in such a bad taste. I wouldn't like to say anymore except we are very happy together," the 40-year-old actor added.

Saif is currently busy with his upcoming film 'Aarakshan' and home production 'Agent Vinod' while Kareena is shooting for 'Bodyguard'.

The actor started dating Kareena in 2007, soon after her publicized break-up with the then beau Shahid Kapoor.
