BSF jawan injured in cross-border firing

It was not immediately known whether the firing was done by any intruder or Pakistani rangers from across the border.

A BSF jawan was injured in firing from across the International Border at Bobiyan in Kathua district on Tuesday.
    
Head Constable Anchal Singh was hit by a bullet at Bobiyan post around 0545 hours, BSF sources said.
    
It was not immediately known whether the firing was done by any intruder or Pakistani rangers from across the border.
    
BSF troops posted at the post did not retaliate, the sources said.
